A free community fundraising event with a Afghani flavour

Please bring cash - we may not have eftpos facilites

Come and browse through pre-loved goods and clothing, crafts, trinkets, treasures and books

Or book your stall to sell any of the above

There will be 

• live music (just let us know if you'd like to play)
• delicious snacks and pastries to eat with drinks from the Lone Pony Coffee Cart
• hot curries (including vegan) and kebabs served with rice and flatbreads (from 12-2)
• activities to keep the kids entertained including kite-making
• some short films about life in Afghanistan, its food and music

Come and join us and share some 'Goodies for Good' with friends and family

Event hosted by Apollo Bay Rural Australians for Refugees to raise money for Afghani refugee families - we will be there to tell some of their stories and talk about our group if you'd like to know more.

Book a stall (Car boot, table, gazebo - bring your own) for $25 - or $5 for kids

Pre-book* a food & drink ticket for $25 (chepaer options for kids)

• a large plate for a selection of curries (including vegan) or bbq kebabs with yoghurt sauce - all served with rice and flatbread
• 2 pieces from a selection of middle-eastern pastries and sweets
• a coffee or tea (from Lone Pony coffee cart), or glass of regional red/white wine, or bottle of local beer

*this will help us with catering but all food & drink items can also be bought on the day
