Abundance Club is back this November.

Be guided by Amanda and Kelly through a journey of connection and movement.

No theme, no expectations, no right or wrong way to move — just an invitation to come as you are, tune into your body, let the music move you, and see what unfolds.

No dance experience needed.
 No choreography.
 No alcohol or drugs.
 Just movement, music, intention and presence.

Open to women and men alike; come exactly as you are, with an open heart, open mind and open arms.

What to Expect

• 90-minute guided ecstatic somatic dance flow

• Live DJ set w/ DJ Ora curated around Heart Coded

• Community connection

• Alcohol & drug-free environment

• Safe, welcoming, high-frequency space

• Opportunities to move, release, ground and reconnect

Please Bring

• Water bottle (come hydrated)

• Cushion, blanket, or little nest to get cosy

• Comfortable clothes to move in

Important Details

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the start time

• Shoes off downstairs before heading up

• Event held upstairs in the Haumoana Hall Pavilion
