ACCC Educational Workshop - A failure to plan is a plan to fail!

A FAILURE TO PLAN IS A PLAN TO FAIL!

The ACCC is holding its inaugural business training workshop. This workshop will explore two areas:

1. 1. Developing a strategic plan for your overall Business
2. 2. Developing a plan for your Marketing activity

The business planning section will cover:

• Reflecting and creating a set of goals for yourself and/or your business
• Getting clear on what daily, weekly and monthly tasks are required
• Reflecting on what mindset is required and how to make a difference choice when you lose focus

The Marketing planning section will cover:

A ‘how to’ on planning your marketing strategy around the following objectives & the tools to build these out so you can start creating a strategy:

1. Brand Objectives
2. Marketing Objectives
3. Communication Objectives

You will leave the workshop equipped with new tools and ideas to use immediately to ensure that you are implementing your plan despite anything that 2019 may throw at you.
