This is the final 1-Day Retreat for 2021 and is being held in the beautiful setting of Diamond Harbour which will give everyone a chance to take the ferry from Lyttelton and enjoy a 10 minute sea cruise if you wish.

During the day the theme of acceptance as the gateway to peace will be explored and brought into a range of mindfulness and meditation practices. The aim is to notice and build the skills to accept whatever it is in our lives that we are meeting presently from a place of conscious awareness.

Everyone is most welcome to attend from beginners through to seasoned practitioners.

We begin at 9.30am (ferry departs from Lyttelton at 8:50am). You can choose to walk up the hill to the hall or we can pick you and/or your gear up off the ferry and drive you.

We finish at 3pm (ferry departs from Diamond Harbour at 4pm)

Please bring: Your lunch (most important) and a yoga mat or blanket to lie on (we will have some mats and cushions available). Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in.

Refund Policy:

If the event is cancelled due to COVID levels changing a full refund will be given.

If you cancel your ticket a full refund is available up to 7 days before the event

If you cancel your ticket less then 7 days before the event you will be refunded 100% if we can fill your place from the waitlist - otherwise you will receive a 50% refund.
