Accepting Death and Dying Consciously Workshop
Description
In Buddhism, Death and Dying is seen as a very important part of life. Knowing that death is a certainty and that the timing is unknown makes us realise that the life we have is precious and will not last long.
Moreover, we will continue to see loved ones pass away during our life. Knowing what happens at death and how to care for the dying during and after this process will help to prepare for the inevitable.
This workshop will be a useful spiritual awakening for all in how to prepare for their own death, as well as what to do to help when loved ones die.
Learning about death and dying from a Buddhist perspective can empower oneself and others to live mindfully every day, make preparations for the inevitable, and grow strong for the benefit of all.
