We hope all is well, and we are so excited for you to join us for Access Mode's Ideation Workshop this Friday, August 23, from 2-5:30 PM MST at the Park Hill Innovation Hub!
Two quick action items and a reminder on logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly:
Your Action Items

Please bring a laptop and a charger because we will use them heavily throughout our time together to access content and leverage ChatGPT

Please create an account with OpenAI (HERE) to ensure you have access to ChatGPT
- *Note: The free plan only allows 10 prompts per day (once the tenth message is provided, a 5-hour reset timer will begin), so try not to use any prompts on Friday prior to the workshop
- Having a paid ChatGPT plan is NOT required, but depending on your personal usage of the platform, you may consider upgrading to a "Plus" plan to have 80 prompts every 3 hours through Chat GPT 4o

Logistics

You should have a calendar invitation for Friday, August. 23, from 2-5:30 PM MST from registering via Humanitix

Check-in will open at 1:30 PM and we will begin the workshop promptly at 2 PM
Getting to the Saltbox (4800 Dahlia St, Denver, CO 80216)
- Our workshop space, the Park Hill Innovation (PHI) Hub, is located within Saltbox, so for the sake of car navigation, click/enter the above name/address

The free parking lot you're looking for is on the EAST side of Saltbox (in between Premier Medical Corporation) - refer to the attached map
- The entrance to the parking lot is off of E 48th Ave to the north through a gated chain link fence
- DO NOT park on the West or South sides of Saltbox

We will have a team member and signage at the entrance to the parking lot, as well as at the building entrance, to guide you in (marked by the yellow star)
