What are 'Conscious Classes'?

Conscious Classes are part of The Self Club membership - for those who are committed to their growth.

You may attend one-off but change only happens when you commit to showing up for your Self regularly.

Conscious Classes aim to expand your consciousness and alignment. We invite your mind to open, question, and grow. All classes are interactive and will include storytelling, self-reflection, and group discussions.

About this Class:

Relationships take work and conscious practice. And t is one of the areas of life where people are the MOST confused. 🤦🏻‍♂️

We’re all on auto-pilot, messing up over and over again, going blind - not knowing why things don’t work out, repeating the same patterns over and over again with different people.

Nobody teaches us about relationships. We mostly learn from our parents, movies and society. And for most of us, these models are quite unhealthy in so many ways.

Toxic, wounded relationships are the norm. Most relationships are FEAR-BASED and drama-based because there is such a lack of self-awareness and no education on conscious relating.

If you want a healthy relationship with others, you must first create a healthy relationship with yourself.

By integrating your feminine and masculine, you move from victimhood to empowerment.

We want to move from looking for your other half’ to ‘being your other half’ so that you can access wholeness within yourself.

Relating to others from a place of needing someone or something to feel complete.
You will attract people who are the same.

If you feel whole, happy, free being yourself - You attract others who are the same.

As long as you are relating to others from a space of filling a void, you will need then to do certain things or be a certain way in order for you to feel full. And that is the beginning of co-dependency and toxicity.

Fulfillment and healthy, conscious, awakened relationships start with taking full responsibility for yourself. (Principle number one from the Awakened Relationships #consciousclass).

Let’s explore our own wholeness through the principles of feminine and masculine energy - seeing where we are still acting from our wounded masculine and feminine and expecting the opposite energy or sex to fill the parts of ourselves we have disowned.

Moving from wounded, co-dependent relationships to whole, interdependent, conscious ones.
