Training format
This is a full-day, in-person training session held at William Angliss Institute in Naarm/Melbourne on Thursday, 16 October 2025.
• Time: 9:00am to 4:00pm (including breaks)
• Location: William Angliss Institute, Level 5, 555 La Trobe St, Melbourne VIC
• You’ll be guided by two experienced facilitators throughout the day
• There will be time for questions, discussion, and peer learning

If you're from an organisation with 1-10 staff: $755.00 pp plus GST
If you're from an organisation with 11-100 staff: $845.00 pp plus GST
If you're from an organisation with 100+ staff: $935.00 pp plus GST

Meet your facilitators
Sue Wickham
Sue has over 30 years’ experience in event management. She has managed a multitude of events for a diverse range of organisations and occasions both domestically and internationally. These have included high-profile events with government representatives and consular officials, internationally televised cricket matches, black tie gala dinners, conferences and workshops, internal employee engagement events, stakeholder and sponsor led events and more.
Rosie Putland
Rosie is a proudly disabled digital accessibility and communications specialist with deep experience in inclusive facilitation and training. She is the co-founder of Modality Co, a disability-led consultancy helping organisations embed accessibility into their digital content, systems, and events.
She has delivered hundreds of hours of accessibility training through national consultancies, community-led projects, and in-house programs, and supports participants to build confidence in accessibility without fear of getting it wrong.
