We’re told meditation is good for us and we should take the time to do it often, but we’re never shown how. Jess will be taking you through a few mindful techniques to take home with you.

Living in Barmera, Jess Weidenhofer is a twenty-six year old, non-binary visual artist. They enjoy working with mixed media, including pen and pencils, paint, pastels, collaging, and found objects. Their work often reflects what it is like living with mental (ch)illness, the small town queer experience, and examines 2AM existential questions. Jess also produces work as a singer songwriter, creative writer, emerging slam poet, and chef. Their long term aspiration is to help foster the creative community here in the Riverland, and watch it grow and adapt, catering especially to our young people, disabled people, and first nations people.
