Join Carer Gateway and WayAhead to learn more about their services during Mental Health Awareness month.

Wednesday 18 October, 1 - 3pm at Warringah Mall Library.

The WayAhead Mental Health Information Service is available for your needs, with access to mental health information and resources in your local community and beyond. WayAhead also offers Anxiety support groups for people living with anxiety issues, their carers, and family and friends.

Carer Gateway is the national service for unpaid carers, funded by the Australian Government to provide reliable services, support, and advice for all carers. Tailored and age-appropriate supports are also available to young carers under the age of 25.

Both services will be presenting information on how to access the support you may need.
