Ombudsman small business forum

How can an ombudsman and other complaint handling organisations help small business?

As consumers of utilities and government services, small businesses can often turn to an ombudsman when the service provider doesn’t fix a problem. Other complaint handling services help with issues like health service, workplace discrimination and harassment, and Australian Consumer Law.

Come along to hear from and speak with a range of complaint handling organisations at this forum:

Western Australian Ombudsman
Energy and Water Ombudsman
Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman
Consumer Protection
Health and Disability Services Complaints Office
Equal Opportunity Commission

Our ACCI Business After Hours event is an opportunity for you to:

Learn more about your hosts,
Catch up and connect with the business community after work,
Talk business over some food and wine,
Increase your networks and,
Exchange business cards with people you may not have met to date.

ACCI members receive complimentary tickets depending on their membership tier.

Remember if your business has additional complimentary tickets, these can be provided to clients, friends, associates or anyone you like - they don’t even have to be members of the ACCI, because they are your invited guest as part of your membership with us. This is all about increasing and expanding the networks within our Great Southern community.

So members, consider who you will be bringing along to this month’s business after hours, and how you could be contributing to growing networks and relationships not only for your business, but also for our Great Southern business community.
