Accidental Counsellor Foundations is an interactive workshop offering training in how to support someone who might be struggling due to a personal crisis including thoughts of suicide. You will learn the 3R's - RECOGNISE the signs and symptoms of distress, RESPOND appropriately, and REFER someone to professional support. Critically, this workshop offers evidence-based information and steps, enabling you to act with compassion, awareness and understanding.

Please note: Accidental Counsellor is not a qualification for counsellors. This workshop is for people who may find themselves in places or roles that offer support to someone feeling vulnerable, or in need of emotional support and guidance.

Minimum numbers are required to deliver this workshop.
