This workshop is designed to equip people who find themselves in a 'mediator role by accident.'

The Accidental Mediator workshop will assist you to:

• Understand the common causes of conflict, and your own and others responses to it

• Identify when it's appropriate to step in to be an Accidental Mediator, and when it's not

• Foster a more positive and collaborative workplace culture

• Learn techniques for raising concerns appropriately with involved parties

• Learn communication techniques to handle complex meetings and difficult conversations

• Become better able to identify the deeper feelings and needs behind peoples' actions

Our Accidental Mediator workshop is ideal for employees in medium to large organisations in any industry. We support managers, HR teams, and staff involved in client-facing and customer service roles.
