ACCR Investor Webinar: Equinor’s Transition Plan and Shareholder Resolution

Equinor’s strategy to grow oil and gas production is facing renewed scrutiny following a shareholder resolution filed by ACCR with major Scandinavian pension providers Sampension and Folksam.

To help inform investors’ voting considerations for the AGM, ACCR is hosting a webinar that addresses Equinor’s strategic direction and its inconsistency with the company’s stated aim of alignment with the Paris agreement.

The webinar will also discuss the non-profitability of Equinor’s sanctioned international oil and gas projects, its failure to improve this international segment and the risks of pursuing global oil and gas growth.
