Description

This version of our mediation training is for professionals who wish to add mediation to their skill base. Our participants tend to come from a range of backgrounds, including: Family law, human resources (HR), psychology, social work, Government, and educational institutions.

As the curriculum complies with the educational requirements of the AMDRAS, upon successful completion, participants are eligible for registration as a Nationally Accredited Mediator.

The course includes the training and coaching components for the Certificate of Training (COT), as well as the assessment components for the Certificate of Assessment (COA).

Certificates and AMDRAS Registration will be administered by UWA Mediation Clinic.

Participation can also attract Legal CPD points and Psychologist CPD points.

Course details:

  • Training: Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 11 Aug – 10 Sept (6 – 9pm)

  • Coaching: Saturday 12 Sept (9am – 5pm)

  • Accreditation: Saturday 19 Sept (9am – 5pm)

  • Cost: $3,685 (inc gst) – includes fee to apply for registration with the AMDRAS Board as a Nationally Accredited Mediator for 2 years
