ACE for Communication Success: Confident Presentations
Description
ACE for Communication Success is free to all Adelaide University students by coursework seeking to practise communicating in English in different academic settings.
The course is offered on campus, in person, and sessions run for 50 minutes.
This workshop focuses on giving confident presentations using effective verbal and non-verbal communication techniques.
It covers:
how to give presentations confidently
how to use effective body language
how to use the right amount of eye contact
how to project your voice
how to structure your presentation to meet the expectations of your audience
how to manage nerves cognitively, physically, and emotionally
