Australian Culinary Federation South Queensland Presents an evening with Low and Slow BBQ cooking at Frankie’s Smokehouse
Join us for Dinner, The evening will include a little masterclass on Australian Lamb from Sam Burke (Product & Business Development Manager and Corporate Chef) and a showcase of 4 Hearts Brewery (ACF member Torsten from local brewery based in Ipswich) and Denis from JBS
Where: Frankie’s Smokehouse ( 719 Stanley St, Woolloongabba QLD 4102 )
When: 20th of July at 5.30 pm arrival for a 6 pm start
Price: $30 for ACF members and $40 for non-members
