ACM CRC's 2026 Partner Meeting brings together partners, researchers and leadership for two days of keynotes, collaborative sessions and strategic discussion.
This year's program features:
Lisa Blair OAM - world record-holding sailor, climate activist and partner in ACM CRC's sustainable composites project with Steber International and UNSW Sydney
Tong Xie - UNSW AI4Science lead and CEO of GreenDynamics, presenting on AI and machine learning for materials discovery
Associate Professor Scott Barnett - Deakin Applied AI, presenting on practical AI in advanced manufacturing followed by a hands-on partner breakout session
Research program updates across composites, manufacturing, simulation and design
Strategic updates from ACM CRC's CEO and R&D Director on the CRC's transformation and future direction
RISE Fellowship Awards - recognising outstanding young women with exceptional potential in STEM.

The award for Best HDR Presentation - new format this year: HDR candidates pitch their research as a commercial proposition, Shark Tank-style, with finalists presenting live at the Partner Meeting.
