  Dr Aiden M. A. Thornton is a complexity leadership scholar, management consultant, psychometrics entrepreneur, street epistemologist, ACMP board member, and podcaster on complexity, leadership, and truth. Aiden is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Complexity Leadership at Swinburne University, Co-Founder and Co-Director of the Swinburne University Complexity Leadership Science Lab, and Lead Complexity Scientist at Self Stacked Systems, a global research collaborative. As a practitioner, Aiden brings over 25 years of international experience across Australia, Asia, and Europe, working with top-tier consulting firms and blue-chip organisations, and has led large-scale, multi-million-dollar change management programs. With a unique ability to span the divide between science and practice and offer thought-provoking perspectives, Aiden applies complexity science to develop the leadership required to navigate the complexities of the 21st-century and beyond.
