Wayne Aspland, Principal at Content Factory
Wayne Aspland is one of Australia’s most experienced AI trainers and strategists. He has written four research papers about AI, communication and change management. He has also trained more than 3,000 people to help them build the right AI habits and skills. Wayne is also a 20+ year leadership, strategy and change communication professional. He has advised boards, executives and senior leaders across major institutions on strategy, large-scale transformations, employee engagement and behavioural change.
Nataliya Shalygina, Change Leader and Founder of LeadMark.AI
Nataliya is a transformation leader with 15+ years of experience delivering complex change across financial services. She is the founder of LeadMark.AI, an AI automation consultancy helping SMBs implement intelligent workflows and build internal AI capability. She also runs AI for Her Business, a community dedicated to closing the AI adoption gap for women. A regular speaker on AI in change delivery, her automation work at Equity Trustees earned the 2024 Chair Innovation Award, delivering $93K in annual savings. Her approach is grounded in practical delivery, capability transfer, and the belief that AI adoption is a people transformation, not a tech one.
Conrad Shaw, Founder & CEO of ShawSight Pty. Ltd
Conrad is the inventor of the Shaw Strength Matrix™ and synthesised insights from the latest personality psychology research to create a next-generation character strengths profile. Author of peer-reviewed academic articles on business strategy and planning, with a lifelong passion for systems thinking, applied psychology and philosophy, sparked by reading Aristotle’s Nicomachean Ethics at university. Holds a Master of Commerce and industry certifications in Project Management, Supply Chain Planning, and Finance. He has worked as an IT Project Manager for over 11 years in Australia and Europe, on large transformation programs for organisations including Heineken, Philips, Ferrari, Stryker, Syngenta, SABMiller, and CCQ.
