LGBTQ+ INCLUSION TRAINING WITH ACON
Event description
Off the back of World Pride in February this year, we are excited to host ACON in Wagga Wagga for some inclusion training! *Please note, participants must be 18 years plus to attend this training.
This training is for anyone looking to strengthen their understanding of diverse identities including lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, gender-diverse, and queer people (LGBTQ+) and communities.
This is an interactive workshop that covers:
- LGBTQ people and communities
- Understanding the difference between gender and sexuality
- The lived experience of sexuality and gender diverse people
- Health impacts of social stigma and assumptions
- Understanding inclusion
- Useful tips on being an ally
