Acorn Processing Workshop
Transform the acorns we gathered and stored together into nutritious, culturally relevant, acorn flour and acorn meal, using traditional Indigenous techniques blended with modern innovation. The food we produce will be used in our Culinary Series, and distributed to local Indigenous Organizations and the Muwekma Ohlone Tribe of the San Francisco Bay Area.

- Learn about Food Science through hands-on experience and observations
- Help Decolonize the Indigenous Bay by Reopening Indigenous Foodways and Re-Establishing Indigenous Food Sovereignty as a Community
