Join us for a morning of all things upside down... back to front... sideways... inside out... flying... lifting... CONNECTING!!!

In this 3 hour workshop, we will learn the principles of acro yoga and how to practice safely...

We will learn how to build strength in our bodies while keeping them flexible and fluid...

We will play some games and organize fun challenges!!!

There will be opportunities to learn and practice some cool tricks (headstand, handstand, arm balances, etc...), as well as loooooottttsss of partner and group poses (because it's always more fun to do yoga together ;))...

There will also be some more quiet times, creating space for our heart and mind to settle... we will craft our very own acro yoga buddy to take home, and reflect on what happens when we shift our perspective...

And last but not least, we will finish our session learning some simple bodywork (zenthai shiatsu) to support our acro yoga bodies!!!

Places will be limited so everyone can get my full attention (and practice safely!)...

So if you have a little monkey(s) in your family, then look no further and book them in!

* Ages: for boys and girls aged 8 to 12 (if you have a slightly younger or slightly older little one, don't hesitate to contact me to discuss!)

* What to bring: comfy clothes, water bottle, snacks for a short break before craft time

* Exchange: $44 for one... $80 for two! (sometimes it's nice to bring a friend or a sibling to share the fun!)
