Amy Marie Hastie has been a performing artist and teacher for over 25yrs, continually pushing her own limits in pursuit of connecting boldly with diverse audiences and workshop participants. Contemporary dance, Jujitsu, improvisational theatre, fire dancing, circus skills (trapeze and silks), acro yoga, flamenco, African dance and swing dancing are just some of the skills she has taught and performed throughout her colourful career.

Sari Ellen Bennett has a background in classical ballet, Kung Fu, acrobatics and Ashtanga Yoga and in more recent years has been performing spoken word poetry at diverse festivals and events around Australia.

Together, Amy and Sari share a rich collaborative history and a dedicated practice in the art of Acro Yoga and physical theatre, combining their eclectic talents.

In their Acro Yoga beginners' workshop, Amy and Sari create a safe supportive environment where participants are guided through a series of fun exercises designed to create connection, inspire laughter and feel the exhilaration of moving dynamically through space.

Under 8 years old needs accompaniment by an adult (adult equals 12 years and above)
