Do you want to learn acro-yoga but don’t know where to begin?

Maybe you have tried acro-yoga a while ago, or you are looking to build your strength or work on your flexibility?

Here is your opportunity!

Join me in this introductory workshop to the community of acro yoga, set by the river at Bruns.

About the workshop:

What is Acro yoga? 

Acroyoga is a partner movement practice that creates trust, strength, flexibility & fun. Think ~ the tricks of acrobatics meets the discipline of yoga! Central to acro-yoga is community inclusiveness; bringing people together through movement.

Who is the workshop for? 

The workshop is for complete beginners in mind who have never practiced acro-yoga before. It's also great for those who are a bit ‘rusty' in their practice, who would like to deepen their foundational knowledge & anyone who would like to connect with community through this partner practice.

What will be covered? 

How to safely spot, base & fly. Basic acroyoga poses. Technique of stacking & alignment. Community & acroyoga jam etiquette. Simple zenthai massage as warm down.

How will the workshop flow? 

Workshop will be structured to begin with a group warm up and introduction, talk on principles, demonstration & practice. Simple partner massage will be guided for the warmdown. As the workshop is held in the park, we are not limited by time - everyone is welcome to continue to practice or bring snacks/ chai to enjoy after!
