Join us for a weekend of movement, connection, and play in Gisborne. AcroGizzy is an immersive Acroyoga gathering designed for all levels — from curious beginners to experienced practitioners.
Over three days, we’ll explore the art of Acroyoga through partner acrobatics, mindful movement, therapeutic practices, and community connection. Expect workshops, jams, guided flows, strength and mobility training, and moments to relax and share together as a community.
