Event description

Acroyoga goes far beyond the tricks, It is a physical mindfulness practice designed to lead us back to ourselves, through a process of re-connection with our body. The emphasis of Acroyoga is to expand sensate awareness, emotional intelligence, and our ability to relate intimately with others.
Through a variety of skilful somatic practise including breathwork and meditation, we work to find a safe space to move through past wounds and self-limiting beliefs. Through finding deeper bodily awareness and connection to community, together we dive into the extraordinary wisdom of play, creativity, healing and joy. The practice is open to all and is exploratory rather than prescribed.

Please note that this is not an advanced Acroyoga course. We see Acroyoga as a beautiful pathway to deepen connection, communication, trust, empathy, support, friendship and play.
