ACROYOGA COURSE: AWAKEN THE INNER CHILD

Have you ever heard about Acroyoga?

AcroYoga is a partnered activity, usually involving one person being lifted or supported by another in poses or flows. It is a community practice which brings people together through movement. It promotes cooperation, patience, and trust all while improving physical strength and flexibility.

We share with you not only amazing flows and tricks but also how to wake up your inner child. The practice will show you how to bring more playfulness and joy into your life; how to open up your heart and expand in your life. There is also the opportunity to grow in each other’s trust, feel safety in touch and to feel confident to hold and support each other; this is authentic connection.

Why the inner child? Play is not just for kids

When our nervous system is balanced we are centred and resilient in our life. If you have ever smiled at the play of a child or beloved pet, you can see they instinctively tap into this state. But as adults, how often do we prioritise playing? This is where acro yoga comes in; this practice welcomes play, exploration and creativity. Engaging in playful activities helps us to manage all other areas in our life through balancing our nervous system.

Monique and Loli are here to create a safe and fun space for us to share. Come and experience how Acroyoga deepens your connection with yourself and others, prepare for lots of laughs! You will leave feeling lighter in body and spirit, having challenged and surprised yourself with what you have learned.
