Mind Lounge | Acrylic Paints - Intuitive Creation

Drawing on over 10 years’ experience in running art and craft workshops, Jackie Boniface will gently guide you through a relaxed, 2‑hour Intuitive Acrylic Creation session—showcasing spontaneous mark‑making, bold colour layering, and playful texture techniques on canvas. In this supportive, non‑judgmental, meditative space, you’ll be encouraged to let intuition lead the way, with no artistic background necessary—just open curiosity and a willingness to explore colour, form, and creative flow.

What to Expect:

• This is an opportunity for adults to try a new art or craft with the support of a professional artist and educator.

• It will begin with a short mindfulness activity to get you in the creative flow.

• There is no expectation that you will bring anything except a willingness to "have a go"!

• All experience levels welcome.

Post-Workshop Resources:

• Participants will be able to take home supplies to complete their project if they require more time.
