The annual ACT Chief Minister’s Inclusion Awards celebrate people with disability who are leaders in our community and recognises those who welcome, collaborate with, support, and improve the experience and outcomes for people with disability in the workplace, business and community.

Taking place at the Hotel Realm on Wednesday 9 December 2026, the Awards align with International Day of People with Disability and acknowledge outstanding inclusion across 6 award categories:

Leader in Inclusion
Excellence in Collaborating with People with Disability
Excellence in Inclusive and Innovative Employment Practices.
Excellence in Access and Inclusion
Excellence in Innovation and Impact
Sue Salthouse Award for Championing Human Rights and Equality

The ACT Inclusion Awards are proudly supported by the ACT Inclusion Council, a group of Canberran leaders across

business, community and government that work in partnership with the community to develop initiatives that value and engage people with disability as customers, suppliers, employees and employers.
