Together, we’ll immerse you in the transformative power of breath, accompanied by the deep vibration of Tibetan sound bowls, guiding you inward, calming the mind, and reconnecting you with your body, your presence, and your fullest self.

This is a gentle style of breathwork designed to be woven into daily life — not a conscious connected, or trauma-release practice — making it an ideal starting point if you’re new or simply curious about breathwork.
