ACT Seniors and Better Ageing Expo

Join COTA ACT for the yearly ACT Seniors and Better Ageing Expo - the place to be for seniors!

Now in a larger location – the Old Bus Depot Building in Kingston – the Expo promises to entertain and inform with more than 150 exhibitors providing valuable information on their products and services specifically for seniors. This is a highly anticipated event not to be missed!

Whether you’re looking for aged care information, help in your home or curious about Canberra's retirement villages, through to legal and financial help, health and wellness activities, community organisations and social and hobby groups – there is something for everyone at this year's Expo. 

The 2024 Expo will feature a dedicated Lifestyle Hub – the LiveUp Lifestyle Hub – as well as spaces devoted to hobbies and entertainment. Enjoy local food trucks, coffee vans, interactive demonstrations and performances on the Community Stage and more. 

The Forecourt Space will feature the Transport Canberra Hub where you can come and try the new electric buses and chat to their staff about the new MyWay+ system.
