Steph Smart

Steph Smart is an AuDHD educator, curriculum developer, and drama practitioner based in the Highlands of Scotland. With twenty years’ experience in creative arts and education, she supports children, teens, and adults through drama classes, workshops, and 1-to-1 coaching. Her work blends education, mentorship, and the power of play to build confidence, imagination, and personal growth. Steph places each learner at the centre of their journey, creating spaces where limits lift and creativity thrives. She holds a BA (Hons) in Acting and English, a Masters in Arts, Festival and Cultural Management, and a Teaching Qualification in Further Education.
