This Workshop is the second instalment of the Three-Part Activate Breathwork Series, where you learn how to fundamentally manage stress in the body, invite more ease & productivity into your life, & untap real long-term growth.
Activate Two: Enhance is a 2.5 hour Workshop where we enter the paradigm of working smarter, not harder.
We explore the Holy Grail of high performance, flowstates. Harnessed by top performers all over the world, from Silicon Valley, Military teams & Fortune 500 CEOs, we explore the scientific application of enhancing innovation, productivity, cognitive performance, & craftfully avoiding burnout.
The Workshop continues the applications of breathing practices to bring drastic improvements to focus, creativity & the sense of ease in how you approach daily tasks. Under the surface, we harness performance enhancing neurochemistry.
Workshop Two builds on Workshop One, but is open to all and has exclusive teachings.
It includes a longer, deeper Breathwork session & will be accompanied by the talented, multi-instrumental Sound Healer Fooji Kassab.

NB: Bring a yoga matt, a cushion or two if you wish & comfortable, warm clothing.
We'll look after everything else, including a warm drink on arrival.
It's recommended to practice Breathwork on an empty stomach. If you wish to eat prior, try having a light meal.

The Activate Series is designed to take anybody off the street & introduce them to Breathwork as an ancient technology for healing, growth & optimisation.The Workshops build a scientific understanding to enrich the practical experience.
Each includes an immersive Breathwork session utilising differing techniques, along with unique education, musical accompaniment & takeaway-tools including breathing recordings.
Activate Three - Optimise (April 27th):
This workshop is recommended for those having previous experience with deep, immersive Breathwork practices.
In this 2.5 hour Workshop, we dive off the elevated platform we have built together. We address the underlying tension & unease tremors below the surface, often out of our awareness. A memory of the past stored in the cells, this unspent energy taxes our system, causes fatigue, brain fog, reactivity & ultimately dis-ease as our body works hard to maintain balance.
After releasing a layer of this energy, you will feel deeply renewed, restored, & have clarity for the road ahead.
Workshop Three includes a Transformational Breathwork session & will be accompanied once again by the talented, multi-instrumental Sound Healer Fooji Kassab.
