ACTIVATE Bridgetown Greenbushes - Working Together to ACTIVATE Bridgetown Greenbushes (An ABCD Based Workshop)
Event description
The Bridgetown Hub, the Bridgetown CRC, the Greenbushes CRC, the Shire of Bridgetown, and Blackwood Biosecurity have joined forces to present a dynamic series of essential capacity-building workouts.
This workshop will be facilitated by Peter Kenyon, from Bank of IDEAS, and is funded by Rural Aid. The workshop aims to bring together all Bridgetown and Greenbushes community groups, and ask the question "How can we work together to continue to improve Bridgetown and Greenbushes?"
The session will follow an Asset Based Community Development approach. More details to follow.
Lunch, tea and coffee will be made available at the workshop.
Due to the nature of this event remote attendance is not available.
The workouts that will be held at different venues in the area from Monday 2nd September to Friday 6th September, aim to strengthen the skills of community and volunteer groups in the area, to help activate Bridgetown Greenbushes. Inspiring presenters, trainers, and capacity-building experts will be in town, to work with groups to ensure that this event achieves its ultimate success.
Keep an eye out for further details, come along to the workouts, and Empower, Adapt, and Thrive.
