In this special immersive experience, yoga and ecstatic dance instructor, Christopher David will take you on powerful journey you to get out of your head and into the body. Combining traditional yoga posture, intuitive movement, breathwork, and funky beats, we will go deep, and clear blockages in our physical, mental, energetic bodies as we explore what it really means to connect to our own rhythm, and transcend the ego--letting the body take the lead.
