Activate Joy through Art and Intention

Joy is a frequency, a creative power, a portal to deeper presence. Let’s awaken this energy together! 

We’ll begin with a guided meditation, tuning into the joy that already lives within us. From this space, a word will emerge… a word that resonates, that sparks something alive inside. 

With magic scratch paper and a stylus in hand (all materials provided), we’ll bring this intention to life, letting colors, patterns, and shapes flow freely around it. As music fills our space, we’ll immerse ourselves in a meditative art experience, exploring abstract forms and intuitive expression. 

This workshop will be a ceremonial space where joy and creativity unite. As we create, we open ourselves to authentic connections. To close, we’ll gather in a circle of reflection, sharing our creations and honoring the unique ways joy moves through each of us. 

Come as you are. No art experience needed—just an open heart, a curious spirit, and a willingness to play. Let’s create, connect, and activate joy together!

Emmy has been in the field of spiritual empowerment for well over a decade, so she has an abundance of love and wisdom to share. Her purpose is to activate individual’s authentic creative expression in a way that is full of joy. She has hosted Joy ceremonies all around the world including at High Vibe Festival in 2023. She has also hosted multiple online workshops and open mics to help people expand in their fullest expression and purpose. Her highest intention is to bring conscious community together in a way that allows everyone to connect to their true self and feel safe and empowered to express who they are from their heart.
