Join Activate Health for a FREE Activate Mobility class at Yeppoon Town Hall! This gentle, seated exercise session is specifically designed for seniors and individuals with restricted mobility. Participants will enjoy a mix of seated, standing, and balance exercises that focus on enhancing mobility and improving daily function. This class is perfect for anyone looking to increase movement and maintain independence.

This session is part of Livingstone's Active Seniors Week, funded by the Queensland Government and supported by COTA Queensland, aimed at promoting physical activities for seniors during Queensland Seniors Month.
