Hello, Brothers. It's Chet. Some of you know me and others of you may not. Regardless, the chances of this finding you are, in no way, a mistake. I'm inviting you into a sacred container of profound and rewarding activation that is asking you to take action towards releasing self-limiting beliefs and to step into the unknown. This daylong retreat is designed specifically for Men who are ready to transform their lives, awaken their boundless potential and heal the longstanding wounds that create further obstacles in their lives. Be it issues in relationships, health, finance, mental and emotional blockages, anger; all of these aspects of our being have roots in something much deeper that can often seem difficult, if not impossible, to access and address. I know what it's like to have been there. That was me.

Throughout the course of the day, I'll guide you through the practices and modalities that have proven to be revelatory for me on my healing journey and inspired incredible results in my students. It includes Yoga, meditation, healthy eating, harnessing the breath and Sound. Absolutely NO prior experience in any of these practices are required or necessary. All that I ask of you is to come with willingness, trust and belief in yourself. I've seen lifelong depression overcome, breakthroughs in relation to sobriety, realization towards new career paths, navigating heartbreak, deepening partnership and the news of becoming a father all take place with my students during the course of my 6 week one-on-one transformational immersion work. This retreat is the first single day group offering of its kind and is a thorough glimpse of what that work holds.

The aim of this carefully crafted 5-hour retreat is to unlock the infinite wellspring of eternal knowledge that lives inside of each of us, in the cellular memory of DNA awaiting its activation. It dwells in the quiet of our mind and the Kingdom of our heart. Therein lies the Divine Intelligence. It waits patiently for us to learn to listen and commune with its simple yet clear instructions that guide us towards the life we've always envisioned for ourselves. It is all available.

The power of these findings are all based in my own experiential knowledge and backed by a lifelong commitment to their study, which includes a Masters of Fine Arts in Electronic Music and Recording Media from Mills College, a Sound Healing Certification from Globe Institute and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification from Aura Kundalini Academy. I know this type of work can come off as ephemeral, etheric and ungrounded. But I affirm that it is lasting, embodied and, most importantly, experienced on the deepest levels of mind, body and soul. It has the potential to change your life. It has mine.

This event is held in a beautiful private residence in the Millsmont neighborhood of Oakland. Please provide your own yoga mat and 1-2 blanket(s) as props for exercises, as well as your own water bottle. Please be sure to have eaten a something light prior to the retreat. It is important to have sustenance but nothing too heavy. A vegan lunch will be provided and snacks will be served to close out the afternoon. Safe residential street parking will be available.
