    ANANDA: Bliss in Sanskrit, our fundamental state of being.

    MANDALA: circle, a symbol of perfection, eternity, unity.

    Active Consciousness meditation, otherwise known as Ananda Mandala is an ancient & extremely powerful process.

    This meditation is about clearing out any gunk stuck in your chakras, awakening the kundalini energy & enhancing your state of consciousness. This meditation reminds us that life is beautiful.

    The meditation will be followed by a blessing which quietens the suffering of the mind and brings forth joy & bliss.

    This is a powerfully intense meditation so get ready for a beautiful & expansive wild ride!

    Please bring extra bolsters, pillows or blankets to make yourself comfortable and please note this is a seated meditation.
