It's time to breathe, connect in, quieten your mind, relax your body and awaken your soul, awaken your chakras through meditation.
Active Consciousness Meditation is an ancient, active breath through your chakras, releasing stagnant energy and allowing the free flow of energy through. As we sit in circle we connect in with our breath and release, we connect with the energy around us and raise the collective awareness and healing.
No prior experience necessary.
Please wear comfy clothing, bring water bottle, yoga mat and bolster or cushion.
