PROGRAM OUTLINE
- 8:30 am - 8:55 am
Sign-In & Early Drop Off
Sign-in will take place on arrival each morning, with early drop-off available from 8:30 am. To help the day run smoothly, please aim to arrive by 8:50 am so your child is ready for the "Welcome & Program Kick-Off". At sign-in, players will collect their name tag and group allocation number, and directed to designated player zones at our HQ area for kit bags and belongings.

Welcome & Program Kick-Off (15 mins)
The day will begin with a group welcome, where players are introduced to the coaches and walked through the plan for the day. This is where we set expectations, outlines key activities, and covers important safety and behaviour guidelines - helping players feel comfortable, informed, and ready to get started.

Warm-Up Game (20-25 mins)

Group Split & Transition (10 mins)
Players split into their designated groups (Junior - Youth - Senior). Coaches will provide directions on where each group is starting & rotation expectations before moving to the first station. This is also a quick opportunity for a toilet & drink break (if needed).

Bowling & Fielding Rotations - Block 1 (40 mins)
5-minute station run-down, 1x 30-minute rotation 5-minute station transition (pack-up) before heading to morning tea.

Morning Tea Break (15 mins)
- 10:55 am - 11:35 am
Bowling & Fielding Rotations - Block 2 (40 mins)
5-minute station run-down, 1x 30-minute rotation 5-minute station transition (pack-up) before heading to Block 3.

Bowling & Fielding Rotations - Block 3 (40 mins)
5-minute station run-down, 1x 30-minute rotation 5-minute station transition (pack-up) before heading to lunch.

Lunch Break (20 mins)

Match Prep & Bat Toss (10 mins)
Centre wickets and boundaries will be set up for both matches, with teams given time to regroup, discuss tactics, and prepare before heading out to the middle.
- 12:45 pm - 2:45 pm
Centre Wicket Match (2hrs)
The second half of the day will see players take part in centre wicket matches to apply their skills in a game-based setting. On Day 1, players will vote on whether the matches are run as a T-15 or a 3-Day Test Match, giving players ownership over the format and structure of play. To ensure players are appropriately challenged, two matches will run simultaneously - one for the younger group and one for the older group, with conditions tailored to age and stage of development.

End of Day Wrap-Up (10 mins)
Each day will conclude with a short group wrap-up, where we recognise efforts and achievements through our "Player of the Day" awards and share any match score updates from the centre wicket games. We’ll also take a moment to check for lost property and capture our end-of-day group photo!

Sign-Out Process
Following our End of Day Wrap-Up, we will then proceed with the sign-out process. For child safety reasons, all players must be signed out by an authorised parent or guardian. Players are not permitted to leave the venue until they have been formally marked off by a coach. This process ensures every child is accounted for and collected safely at the end of the day.
