ACTIVE INDOORS FOR ADULTS

No matter the weather, we need to look after our wellbeing!

Learn how technology can help your wellbeing, fitness and relaxation. Bowl strikes with indoor bowling or find inner peace in our meditation zone. Come for some of, or the entire session and boost your wellness!  This is a practical hands-on activity where you will use technology.
