Active Kinders Day - October (Wootten Road Reserve, Tarneit)

Spring is in the air and the next Active Kinders Day is here with fun sport, fitness and movement sessions at Wootten Road Reserve in Tarneit.

All sessions are tailored for Kinder-aged kids (3 to 6 years) and delivered by local Wyndham providers. No experience is required and suitable for all abilities. All sessions are FREE!

• Location - Wootten Road Reserve, Wootten Rd, Tarneit 3029
  

Choose from a range of activities across three time slots - this is a great opportunity for kinder kids to try an activity of interest and discover how to continue participating.

Activities include:

• AFL - Coaches from AFL Victoria will get kids involved in some fun Auskick and AFL football skills and games.
• Athletics - Ready Steady Go Kids will be running a fun sessions of athletics with helps of different events for kids to have a go at.
• Cricket - Cricket Victoria will get kids throwing, catching and enjoying the important skills of cricket.
• Mini Movers - The Mini Movers team will utilise different sports such as bowls and golf to increase the motor skills of kinder kids in a fun and easy to follow format.
• Tennis - Coaches from Meehan Tennis Academy will deliver some fun tennis activities s to develop skills with a racquet and ball.
  

Kids can book into three different time slots - 10:00am, 10:45am & 11:30am. This allows kids to try up to three activities of your choice on the day.

Pre-registrations are required for all sessions. Each session will cater for a set amount of kids, so get your booking in early to avoid missing out. PLEASE ONLY BOOK SESSIONS IF YOU CAN ATTEND.

All sessions are delivered by a range of local Wyndham providers in partnership with Wyndham City as part of the Active Wyndham Calendar Initiative and are FREE. The Active Wyndham Calendar aims to help more Wyndham residents to find physical activities that they enjoy.
