Event description

E-Mobility has emerged as an important road safety topic. The NSW Legislative Council is holding an inquiry into the use of e-scooters, e-bikes, and related mobility options. This forum will help inform the ACRS NSW submission and/or the evidence we will present to that inquiry.

The E-Mobility Safety Forum features a series of speaker presentations between 4:30pm-5:30pm which will also be offered virtually. Speakers are being drawn from government, academia, road operators, and the medical field. In-person attendees are asked to arrive from 4pm.

A networking session will follow the presentations. Attendees can enjoy finger food, refreshments (non-alcoholic), ask further questions of the speakers, and catch up with fellow road safety professionals.

With the ACRS annual conference being held interstate, this will be 2024's most significant in-person event for Sydney/NSW-based ACRS members and the broader road safety community.
