Active Futures 2026 (Perth)

Building on the success of last year’s event Active Futures returns to Perth in 2026.

Shaped by teacher input, this professional learning day will deliver practical, current, and inspiring experiences for secondary school VET teachers delivering Sport and Outdoor Recreation qualifications.

Set in the stunning Perth Hills, this full-day event combines hands-on industry engagement, sector updates, and opportunities to connect with colleagues from across Western Australia.

The day will begin with a mountain biking workshop hosted by Rock and Roll Mountain Biking focusing on coaching techniques, safety practices, and trail instruction.

Lunch will be served at the Mundaring Weir Hotel, offering a relaxed space to network and share ideas, followed by an informative presentation from our Learning and Assessment Manager Caitlin Parsons, covering resources and compliance updates.

This is a fantastic opportunity to up-skill, collaborate, and return to your classrooms inspired, informed, and ready to deliver exciting Sports and Outdoor programs.
