Join us for an extraordinary workshop that combines the potent healing modalities of Sound and Acupuncture.

In this transformative session, we will embark on a journey to reset our nervous systems, cultivate spaciousness within ourselves, and harmonize our internal and external processes. Together, we will reflect upon our intentions and invite new possibilities into our lives as we embrace the new.

Our workshop will commence with a brief grounding meditation, allowing our minds and bodies to find stillness and presence. Through a gentle movement practice, we will facilitate the flow of Qi, the life force energy, within us. Following this, we will lie down and bask in the rejuvenating vibrations of the Gong and a soothing sound bath led by Brian. During the sound session Cameron will give acupuncture, tuning forks or acupressure to each individual. This exquisite combination supports us to tap into the ancient wisdom of these powerful medicines and align ourselves with our innate ability to heal and renew.

No prior experience is required and yet we do request that you advise us of any significant mental, or painful health conditions prior to this event.
