Acubirth for Couples
Join me Rebecca Mar Young, from Red Tent Health Centre, for an empowering birth workshop for couples at Dharma Shala Wellness - in Bondi Beach. Learn powerful acupressure techniques for use during pregnancy and birth to improve your love hormone levels, calm your nervous system and reduce pain. Discover how it can help to manage a medical induction as well as assist with breastfeeding on the other side. Knowing these techniques will enhance your birthing experience.

For over 18 years Rebecca been a Women's Health acupuncturist, she's helped thousands of couples prepare for birth and she's given birth three times herself! Plus she's delivered this course to midwives at the Royal Hospital for Women on several occasions as well as taught it to midwives internationally via her online courses. This course is for you if:
> You're a first time mum and you've already done another birth course - knowing these points well is like magic.
> It's not your first baby and you want to brush up on some skills for the big day.

What you will receive on the day:
> A booklet that covers everything so you can make notes if you wish.
> A cheat sheet for the big day to make it so super easy to use the points.
Want to bring your partner? All good. Want to bring your doula or sister instead? Totally fine. Come with whoever is going to be at your birth. Tickets are per person and I recommend coming with at least one support person who can learn and test the techniques out on you at the workshop.
