Event description

Adapt. Scale. Let Agents Prevail.

In an era where enterprise productivity and adaptability are crucial, many organisations struggle to find a one-size-fits-all AI solution capable of managing a diverse array of tasks. This challenge has given rise to Agentic AI, an approach that leverages multiple intelligent agents working together to address complex business needs.

In this session, we’ll explore the Agent Framework powered by Semantic Kernel along with the Azure AI Agent Service and see how it can drive significant gains in productivity by automating nuanced tasks and decision-making processes across your enterprise.

We will examine how these adaptive agents with a complete support of function calling and plugins can elevate customer service with real-time, personalised support that enhances customer satisfaction. We’ll also look into how they can streamline data analysis and reporting, enabling leaders to make data-driven decisions quickly.

Furthermore, we’ll cover how Semantic Kernel-powered agents can transform retail operations, from travel to food to HR recruitment pipelines as well as optimise logistics for improved resource allocation. Lastly, you will gain insights through live demos with Azure OpenAI, Meta's Llama, Google Gemini and much more with Semantic Kernel.

Join us and unlock the potential of Agentic AI to lead your business into the next era of smart and collaborative automation.
