The Selwyn District council in conjunction with The Grief Centre are providing FREE workshops on change to the Selwyn community.

Adapting and Embracing Change

Change is an inevitable part of life, and whilst many people resist or fear change, it is important that we learn how to adapt and embrace it. The Selwyn District council in conjunction with The Grief Centre are providing free workshops to the Selwyn community. These workshops are facilitated by Sarah Robb who has an extensive background in psychology and NLP. Sarah has her own experience with loss & change and will be providing educational, engaging and interactive workshops where participants will gain the tools and strategies needed to embrace change, manage transitions, and thrive in a constantly evolving world.

Thursday 15 June, 6-7.30pm, Darfield Community Centre, The Lounge.
